What is the date and time of event? TBC
How do I attend?
The event is aimed only at professionals in the sector. To attend you will need to purchase a pass, please proceed to the Pricing page select your preferences and then proceed. Once this is done, you will be required to fill in your basic info and company information and then simply click submit. Out team will then be in contact with you within 24 hours to confirm your attendance.
Can I withdraw my pass vefore the event starts?
Yes you can but please refer to the refund policy below.
Will free transportation be available to the event?
No, there will not be free transportation.
Will Children uder 18 be allowed to enter?
As it is a business event, minors are not allowed, even if accompanied by a guardian.
Do you have on-site parking or taxi service?
Yes, there will be parking at Conrad Dubai Hotel and Taxi Services can be requested in the lobby.
Does Cargo Convention offer reduced rates on hotel rooms at the venue?
Yes, please proceed to the Accommodation page for full details and how to receive a discount.
If I cannot participate every day, can I pass my credential to someone else?
Unfortunately not, the credential is personal and non-transferable.
What is the dress code of the fair?
As it is a business fair for professionals in the sector, people wearing flip-flops, tank tops or shorts, football shirts and the like will not be allowed to enter.
Where do I fly to?
Please fly into either the Dubai International Airport (DXB or OMDB) and the Dubai World Central or the Al Maktoum International (DWC or OMDW)

I need to cancel my attendance, can I get a refund? Please see below refund schedule:

Event Registration Fees and Spouse Fees fully refundable.
TBC:
50% of the total fees for Event Registration and Spouse Fees.
10% Administration Fee.
